“AllSquare Law, Qdime group, Hazelvine, Acent Investments or whatever other name they may be using, they're the same company. Do not get involved with them! Terrible customer service, passing emails from one person to another saying it's not their responsibility, promising that someone will be in touch but nobody can be bothered, after 5 months still haven't got my security deposit back for a rental unit that has been returned in excelent condition, nobody cares. Rubbish company (or group of companies working under the same umbrella), whatever their status, avoid the hassle.”

“We were pleased with how all square managed our claim of mis-sold financial service by a particular financial institution. We believe we were poorly treated and misinformed by the bank, however didn’t have the expertise to coherently put together a claim. All Square stepped in, put together a complaint which indeed went above our expectations. To cut the long story short, they put forward a claim on out behalf July 2016 and by September 2016, the bank had agreed to a materially significant compensation. Their service was/is very professional, quick, efficient and result oriented.”

“We had hit a brick wall in trying to pursue a claim against our bank for what we felt was a mis-sold IRHP. We saw an advert for All Square and decided to give it one last go. Every person we spoke with at All Square was professional and dealt with the matter in a very proficient manner. The team chased the bank frequently and kept us updated with the progress of our claim at all times. We eventually received a positive outcome from our review and this is, in the most part, down to the team at All Square. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“We would like to take this opportunity to say how delighted we are with the final Redress payment after our difficult challenge to RBS. Initially we did not believe that RBS would ever pay us back and without All Squares' relentless pursuit to get them to do the right thing, they would have without doubt continued to ignore our claim. Your service the whole way through this process has been invaluable, you have all been knowledgable, efficient and determined. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to any person who finds themselves out of pocket due to a banks misbehaviour. Thank you.”
