“An excellent trip to the alps with All Things Ride for L'Etape du Tour. The organisation was excellent, the hotel was perfectly placed and the company was great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cycling holiday”

“It was such a great experience heading out to ride L'Etape du Tour with All Things Ride. Both Moray and Al were so friendly and helpful with everything from the very start. They made sure we were all ready for the ride, as well as keeping in constant contact making sure we knew what was happening. Transfers from the airport, and to the ride were well organised. They are great down-to-earth blokes doing great things for cycling.”

“The whole event was a really late surprise to me and something I'd not previously considered given the magnitude of the distance and climbing, something that isn't normally my bag. That said, had I not taken up the offer, I would forevermore feel regret for not taking part in an event that was not only co-ordinated brilliantly, but a thrilling and very challenging ride through some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever had the pleasure. The choice of hotel was very well located and perfect in many ways, there was even a pool and spa area to provide much needed recovery post-ride. The shuttle buses too and from the airport, and to the event very early in the morning made everything very easy, bikes being packed the previous evening so there was no rushing around on race day. The last thing I would like to say is that everyone on the trip was really friendly and of all cycling levels so the only pressure to perform was by oneself. I for one, had a great laugh and have made some good friends. Over all, a truly fantastic experience, one that I will be revisiting in 2019.”

“Everything about the experience was top notch from the guys at All Things Ride. Pre-event they were in touch with all the information we needed prior to the race. On the ground they were helpful getting us race-ready; prepping bikes, arranging transfers to the start -- even providing nutrition and water bottles! There was a great vibe amongst the group which made for a thoroughly enjoyable weekend. To cap it off, they're a bunch of lovely guys too.”

“Everything was really well organised and simple. The team kept a nice relaxed atmosphere and provided helpful information in advance. Looking forward to doing another event with them soon. Will do some more training in advance!!”

“Cant fault the service and experience provided by the team. They kept us informed prior to the event, met us to exchange our rider packs for the event, got us out on our bikes for a pre-event spin with them and made sure that we had everything we needed. The whole trip was just that little better knowing that we were in safe hands. See you next year All Things Ride!”

“The guys at ATR made everything easy. We arrived and they made the collection of our rider packs very easy. It was great to meet them. Then out on the ride they were very supportive. Great time!”

“The yorkshire hotel we were staying at was a little tired around the edges, however the staff were all excellent in the Hotel. The cycling layed on for us was excellent and well thought out, Catering for all standards with in our group, ensuring a cycling guide was always with an client whether that was at the front or the back of our group. Transport to and from various start points over the weekend was very luxurious and efficient ensuring we arrived for a ride safely and with all our bikes and equipment protected with the excellent bike trailer. My only criticism was it was bloody freezing but that's not all things rides fault obviously 😜😜 A thoroughly enjoyable and well planned weekend of cycling. I would have given 5 stars if it was just for the cycling and organisation of the logistics and not the Hotel”

“Whilst initially we were impressed at the price and package on offer for the Paris Roubaix Sportive, it's when Coronavirus hit and the event was cancelled that things started to go south. Initially, they e-mailed customers offering to either defer their entry when a new date was announced, or provide a cancellation confirmation so individuals could claim through their own insurance. Sounds sensible, until you realise they're a Package Holiday provider and have legal obligations. Further, their own T&Cs state quite clearly what happens when a trip is cancelled by them. Having contacted them about this, initially they refused to budge and it was only after much to-ing and fro-ing that they relented to provide a refund; minus our initial deposit. Again, this sounds fairly reasonable until you read their own T&Cs which state a full refund is given in the event of cancellation. This is all a real shame, as initially they looked like a great little company and were competitively priced, but I'd pay the extra next time and go with a larger company who know what their obligations are and are happy to look after their customers in the good times and the bad. Disappointed.”

Dear Anonymous We are sincerely sorry if you felt All Things Ride was being difficult in these unprecedented times. Unfortunately, the current regulations are simply not set up to deal with this current situation ourselves and many other Tour Operators are finding ourselves in. Having spoken to you on the phone, I understood we had reached a resolution on the Paris Roubaix weekend. We are still chasing ASO and the hotels for a full refund. Maybe you would be able to email (enquiries@allthingsride.com) or call us 0203 488 3114 to discuss some way we could provide the deposit amount to you as a credit note for a future booking.
