Yes, a lot of fraud on this website. Sellers can do what they want and have the protection of Allegro. Most sellers sell fake products or broke products. You dont get your money back and if you leave a negative review, Allegro writes you a message that the seller complaint about you. Have ever came across such a customer unfriedly and rude online sales website. left too.

Dears, you are total incompetents? Open you eyes and stop you stupid "copypaste" reply or you racist, criminal Company risk big fines in European Court! Already uploaded and sent you all legal document a month ago from the Tax Department's website and it is the same legal documents that were sent and accepted by all other European Marketplaces like Amazon. Priceminister, cDiscount, Fnac where we Sellers for years and this document is completely legal and contains all the necessary information like tax id, name, address, list of beneficiaries and representatives - please open your eyes before ordering things that are exposed in the document. I give you 48 hours to resolve the problem or we have no other solution like filing a legal complaint about your Company in a European Court for discrimination and non-compliance with European legislation of which Poland is a member. A copy of this e-mail also goes to Allegro Directors Management and on all Social Media for everyone to know what kind of arrogant, incompetent and discriminatory "service" you provide. This service did nothing to help me with a case where seller sold me an item that was broken. No English support. No buyer protection service. Do not recommend.

Paid for 2 items. Never received them. Customer support seems to be unexistant by any channel. Poor app UX and no English support. Be careful while using this app, specially if you are foreginer. Do not recommend.
