“I find the All Events app not intuitive when attempting to check in guests to my event. Wasn't sure what was going on there. It took quite a while for customer service to get back to me regarding my questions on how to comp a ticket - which I couldn't find a straightforward answer to on the help section. When customer service did reply, their answers were very basic - so I had to figure it out on my own in the end. If the dynamic marketing worked the way it said - which I also find hard to distinguish in the dashboard - then that is a nice feature for All Events. I do like that it promotes locally. These two things upped my rating.”
