“What a terrible experience and waste of time
Where do I start...
I ring this so called specialist about some bumper wiring looms and tow hook for my Mercedes. I insisted they have to be compatible with my car that has the optional radar WHICH THEY CONFIRMED THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I NEED, TESTED AND FULLY WORKING. After being told the delivery will cost a whopping £80(eighty pounds sterling) I decided to go there myself and collect. So drove 1h30m.
Glad I did because the wiring loom DID NOT INCLUDE the leads for radar and the tow hook was in fact DEFECTIVE. They asked me to wait there as they will check if there is another tow hook available from another car. So I agreed. 3(three) hours later they finally came back to me confirming that they DO NOT HAVE ONE. Again.
As goodwill gesture they offered free delivery for my parts as they will be getting new stock available very soon. I accepted the kind offer and went home disappointed.
Anyway, called back a week later for updates, then another week after that, then another week after that and I lost my patience. The 4th week I call without introducing myself and ask for the tow hook. To my surprise they now had one in stock and confirmed the fitment ONCE AGAIN. So I tell them who I am again so I can benefit of my free delivery. Been told to wait another couple minutes on the line to double check. Then MAGIC HAPPENED, when they realised I'm the same guy from before THE PART WAS NOT COMPATIBLE ANYMORE.
How can you call yourself a specialist when you have no idea what you're doing and waste my time?!”

“If I could score zero points that’s still to much x service desk x u wait for ages then they come take the part come back x give u a price x then go away again to get the new part and you will be waiting for at least another hour x I’d say use dronsfields up the rd x a different class of services”
“Fantastic support & Ryan was brilliant.
Ordered a full turbo for my E Class Merc it arrived & my mechanic fitted. Within a few hours problems started with turbo so I contacted Ryan and he immediately sent a replacement.
To get a second opinion I took it to Merx specialist & it turned out that there was a fault in the turbo but could only be detected doing a smoke test that there was a hairline crack in it.
Ryan offered to get it repaired at his place and this was the best decision. Luckily, they did all the tests and found other faults that my mechanic has made ie incorrect wiring, vacuum pipe wrong was round and a few other points and they fixed them all at a really reasonable labour charge and no extra parts required & it turned out cheaper than my own mechanic.
Ryan never let me down always kept me updated and made everything happen. Got car back yesterday and its like a new car. Huge thank you to Ryan & his team.”
“a family member tried to purchase a gearbox from these and paid for one in jan 12 got lied to about having it in stock mike kept making excuse up on excuse every time he enquired about it. must have promised it would be with him over 3 times then it was he more paper work then getting checked bk out to be delivered lied to every time still without the gearbox.”
“I am after a month still waiting on a gearbox they have been stalling with this all nicely nicely on the phone apologies etc etc promises it would be here by a certain day But has not got it ....stalling tactics and tactics ... Be very careful. I am beginning to believe they have not got my item like they claim ...one full month waiting and Iam only 90 miles away from their site .”
