“I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service. My queries were promptly answered and the staff helped solve my problems related to the order. I only advise for better packaging for international orders. Perhaps better boxes and a bit more organized packing. Otherwise I would love to shop from this site again.”

“It would be nice if we could order our own quantities as long as it's over the £50 minimum spend. We shouldn't be restricted to the ratio for example only 1 pair of 6/7 jeans when more is needed. We are a small business trying to thrive. If you can help we can help.”

We do our very best to give customers as much as we can but we only have a limited number of sizes that come into us. We have to ensure that all customers wanting to buy our products receive a fair supply of sizes rather than sporadic sizing due to people wanting more or less of a specific product. We don't currently have any ladies clothing but we have a selection of mens clothing for you to browse. We are primarily a childrens clothing wholesaler but look out on our website to see new stock updated all the time.

Please do be sure to email us or give us a call should you have any problems with your order but all of the information for how a label is supplied to our customers is on the product page in the description :) It will say Supplied: 'cut label' if the label is completely cut from the garment or in half to the retailer isn't visible 'defaced' if there is a marking on the label and 'labels in tact' if everything is all in tact and untouched :)

Each garment we sell on our website will have different sizing and different ratios. You will always know what sizes and how many of each size you get before you buy your items as it says it all on each product page. It will say: Sizes: 2, 4, 6, 8 years Ratio: 1:2:4:1 So you will get 1 size 2, 2 size 4, 4 size 6 and 1 size 8. Each product has a different break down all on the description so be sure to read that first.

We apologize for any delay over communication for when your order will arrive. Usually during sale periods we can be extremely busy but we have noted this to keep on top of. If you sign up for an account on our website, put your telephone number in when it prompts you to do so, DPD will always text you with when your order will be delivered. We hope to see you again!

“I have bought many items, I am very happy with the quality of the items ,delivery is very fast ,my only issue is that sometimes clothes are not covered with plastic for protection and are just put in box unprotected , can arrive very creased, makes it difficult to sell on”
