“⭐ 1/5
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from All Writing Pro.
I paid £350 for their service and was promised that my book, Never Without My Daughters, would be published/distributed across 20 platforms. This did not happen. I was also expecting a USBN, which was not provided.
What makes this even more disappointing is that, from my experience, they ultimately attempted to handle the process through Amazon, including options that could have been done for free, despite the fact that I had paid £350 for a professional service.
I feel that the service I received did not match what was promised to me when I paid. I find this extremely unprofessional and I am genuinely disgusted and disappointed by the experience.
I am now considering taking the matter further and seeking legal advice regarding the service I paid for and the representations that were made to me.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend All Writing Pro. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to make sure they obtain everything promised in writing and verify exactly what they will receive before paying.
