“ This company is a scam. I purchased leggings and a top for my wife as a gift. She didn’t like what I picked so I returned them for a refund the next day. New, in the original packages, unworn, with the original tags in place. They sent me half a refund. They are thieves. ”

“ I contacted Alphalete November 16th in regards to my brand new gym set fading in the wash when I had washed accordingly with the wash instructions. I sent the items back November 22nd. They were delivered November 25th and I am still being told they haven’t received them and haven’t given me my £100 refund!! It’s an absolute joke, I won’t be buying from them again ”
