“Discusting scammy company. I used to like them but they have changed. I bought 2 pairs of leggings one black and one light brown. When they arrived the black pair fit really bad and the fabric changed so i wanted to return that. The light brown I had a similar pair so I wanted to make an exchange. They took the black leggings and gave me a partial refund (was supposed to be full) the light brown ones instead of getting the exchange I asked for they sent the exact same pair back to me. I never wore either pair. I sent a handful of emails which none of them have been responded to. So I sent back the light brown pair (now a second time) to them requesting a refund because I no long want to buy anything from them. Today I get the same pair in the mail AGAIN for the third time. Now I am fed up and making complaints and will be filing a BBB report against them.”
“I feel scammed by the people of Alphalete. Customer service lacks accountability, honesty, and takes ages to reply. I had to accept several item that came defective because they take forever to reply, if they ever do. They also do not honour their 90-day warranty. Also, that free shipping on their site is so misleading. I would rate the customer service and entire experience a 0 if a I can. Selling such over priced items that come defective, poor return policy, lack of accountability and poor service recovery. Losing me as such a big and loyal customer because of your poor service is sad”

I assumed the message was a scam until the DHL driver rang me and explained. Therefore I paid €284.96 altogether. The custom charge was almost half of the total. I will never order from Alphalete again.”

“I am extremely disappointed with Alphalete’s return process. I simply wanted to exchange a pair of leggings for a larger size, but my return was rejected due to an alleged “odor.” When I received the item back, there was absolutely no smell—it was still brand new, exactly as I had sent it.
The entire return process was a hassle: slow, unreasonably strict, and not customer-friendly at all. There was no way to dispute their decision, leaving me stuck with an item that doesn’t fit. To make matters worse, this was supposed to be a surprise Valentine’s gift for my wife, and now it’s completely useless to us.
This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I will never order from this brand again. If you’re considering purchasing from Alphalete, be aware that their return policy is not in the customer’s favor, and exchanges are not as straightforward as they should be.”
“This company is a scam. I purchased leggings and a top for my wife as a gift. She didn’t like what I picked so I returned them for a refund the next day. New, in the original packages, unworn, with the original tags in place. They sent me half a refund. They are thieves.”
