Returned them both.the one pair that was in a zipped bag they said it was damaged. They mailed it damaged if it was. I truly believe it wasn’t. Tgey didn’t want to return my money. They also took 20.00 off tge first pair. Do NOT order from them. You’ll be out lots of money. Scams and rip offs! I”

“Don't buy from @alphalete before reading reviews on the Better Business Bureau! They're horrible about exchanges, especially when you agree to have your replacement shipped before they get the returned item! This is a gimmick so they can reject your return and stick you with DOUBLE the charge. I ordered bras from them in several different sizes and styles and none of them fit well. I tried to exchange the Trinity Bra because the medium is huge, despite always wearing a consistent small in tops, bottoms and sweats from them. The other two bras fit okay in medium, but this one was awful. I agreed to have the replacement shipped prior to them receiving the return (the disclaimer is if they don't get it in 14 days, they'll charge you) but the funny thing is that they still haven't shipped the new product AND they received my return. This is where it gets annoying. They refused my return, claiming the bra has deodorant but it's actually just the color variations in the Ocean color bra material! This is the 2nd bra in the same color, and when I received it, I also thought it had deodorant. Upon closer inspection, however, I realized it was just the fabric. Now, I'm going to be stuck with two bras in the Ocean color that don't fit. No thanks, Alphalete. YOU GUYS SUCK!”
“Ew… these leggings are the WORST… I treat myself to a high end set every season. This is the worst set yet. They do NOT compare to other high end brands. Moderately unflattering but for me it’s the length + the odd stitching between the thighs. They’re completely see through when squatting (bonus is the scrunch makes a perfect bum hole graphic over your actual bum hole) — I hate these leggings. No front stitching doesn’t matter you’ll still have a very detailed camel toe. Value for the quality two thumbs down, just order Gym Shark they’re the same quality - the camel toe for a fraction of the price.”
“Very long wait times for postage. Took them 10 business days to have my items sent out, and they use DHL instead of UPS, which are taking them forever! It’s been over a month since I made the purchase and the items still hasn’t left the US. Never shopping here again.”

“AVOID! They run extremely small so size up if you choose to buy from this company size up. They do not allow returns even though they say they do, they would not accept my return even though they were in perfect condition with tags still attached within their 30 day window. “I bought a leggings for my daughter. However it did not fit so we had to return it. The return process was already difficult as you have to contact support online and it took them a few days to get back to us. We sent the item back and I got an email saying that the return was cancelled because the item was damaged/unacceptable. What?! So if you buy from Alphalete, make sure that it is something that you want. My mistake, I did not google them before buying from them. Lesson learned.”
“I contacted alphalete November 16th in regards to my brand new gym set fading in the wash when I had washed accordingly with the wash instructions. I sent the items back November 22nd. They were delivered November 25th and I am still being told they haven’t received them and haven’t given me my £100 refund!! It’s an absolute joke, I won’t be buying from them again”

Customer support was a joke, offering up a standard, formatted response of, “Sorry you have not received your package. “I love alphalete clothes so I’ve made 2 orders since the middle of November. My first package took 25 days to get delivered from the time is was shipped. (I live in the US). I contacted alphalete several times and I got no response back. Thank god UPS takes care of their customers because otherwise I still wouldn’t have my package. It wasn’t until 4-5 hrs after my order was delivered that I got an email back from alphalete saying the the issue was resolved and they have a notification that my package was delivered. For such a great company they have absolutely terrible customer service.”
“I wanted to love Aphalete, I really did, I have bought many items from them. This time around I was VERY disappointed and quite upset with them. During their Black Friday sale I ordered 6 items on November 19th, during the the waiting period I followed up to see when the items would ship, they gave me a generic answer that it will typically ship 10-15 days out, okay that's fine, however it is now three weeks and I am just finding out that out of my 6 items bought that three of my items have been cancelled. When I emailed them to inquire why and really voiced my opinion as to why I am being notified 3 WEEKS LATER is mind blowing. I ordered these items to get BLACK FRIDAY PRICING and now all of a sudden my items are cancelled. When I stated to the advisor that I was upset and how I should not suffer for the lack of communication on their end, she stated that half the items are being shipped and the other half will be delayed, however for the item's NOT shipped I received a refund. I am not overly concerned for the refund, there is a reason why I ordered on Black Friday, as I wanted to take advantage of the deals offered. Now I am not receiving any answers from the advisor.”

I cancelled my order two minutes after placing it as the conversion rate made my order more expensive than I could afford.
I was told I would receive a full refund since the order was never processed. I did not receive a full refund and when I sent a bank statement to the company clearly showing that they still owed me money, they denied my request.
Conversion rates change everyday and refunds should be completed at the conversion rate of the day the original payment went through.
This company has stolen my money and will likely continue to steal money from others.
I have attached a photo of my bank statement showing what I paid and what they refunded.”
“I have purchased a good few items and a lot of the time been very happy however the last order of leggings came with loose stitching and by second use bobbled up the material isn’t as soft or compressed I’m unsure what is going on but it is really disappointing as they are expensive.”
