I am extremely disappointed with Alphalete’s return process. I simply wanted to exchange a pair of leggings for a larger size, but my return was rejected due to an alleged “odor.” When I received the item back, there was absolutely no smell—it was still brand new, exactly as I had sent it. The entire return process was a hassle: slow, unreasonably strict, and not customer-friendly at all. There was no way to dispute their decision, leaving me stuck with an item that doesn’t fit. To make matters worse, this was supposed to be a surprise Valentine’s gift for my wife, and now it’s completely useless to us. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and I will never order from this brand again. If you’re considering purchasing from Alphalete, be aware that their return policy is not in the customer’s favor, and exchanges are not as straightforward as they should be.
