Stole my Money I cancelled my order two minutes after placing it as the conversion rate made my order more expensive than I could afford. I was told I would receive a full refund since the order was never processed. I did not receive a full refund and when I sent a bank statement to the company clearly showing that they still owed me money, they denied my request. Conversion rates change everyday and refunds should be completed at the conversion rate of the day the original payment went through. This company has stolen my money and will likely continue to steal money from others. I have attached a photo of my bank statement showing what I paid and what they refunded.
