“Stole my Money
I cancelled my order two minutes after placing it as the conversion rate made my order more expensive than I could afford.
I was told I would receive a full refund since the order was never processed. I did not receive a full refund and when I sent a bank statement to the company clearly showing that they still owed me money, they denied my request.
Conversion rates change everyday and refunds should be completed at the conversion rate of the day the original payment went through.
This company has stolen my money and will likely continue to steal money from others.
I have attached a photo of my bank statement showing what I paid and what they refunded.”
“I have purchased a good few items and a lot of the time been very happy however the last order of leggings came with loose stitching and by second use bobbled up the material isn’t as soft or compressed I’m unsure what is going on but it is really disappointing as they are expensive.”
“This rating is based on my experience only and not the product. Alphalete's return process is terrible and borderline unethical. I accidently ordered two extra pairs of shorts. After placing my order, I immediately contacted their customer service department requesting the order to be cancelled. I was notified the next day that an attempt to cancel the order was made, but it had already been processed for shipping. Therefore, I would have to return the items once I received them. When I received the order, I printed the return label and mailed the package back to Alphalete. The first issue I have with Alphalete's return policy is that they charge customers for return shipping. This is common for small business merchants, but given Alphalete's significant consumer market and lack of retail stores, I'm surprised they still operate this way. The second issue I have is that I was charged double the cost to return the package than I was charged to receive it. The total for the items that I purchased was $92 (not including shipping), but Alphalete is only going to refun me $78. The third issue I have with Alphalete's return process is that when they receive the customer's return, they notify the customer that it can take up to 15 BUSINESS days to process the return and refund the purchase. In the meantime, the company bombards the customers email box with reminders that the refund can be used toward instant credit on their website. It's like this company is desperately trying to hold-on to the customer's money until all hope fails. It's such a sad operation that Alphalete has going on. I reached out to their customer service to give them an opportunity to rectify these issues, but I did not receive a response.”

“Bought the amplify’s from their Here Comes the Sun Collection in Blue Moon for $83.50 USD (with shipping included). Gave major camel toe and started pilling after only one wash and hung it dry. Pretty expensive for the horrible quality.”
“What an absolute scam! They’re clothing is see through and cheaply made. They also refused a return because a completely unworn item of clothing had a “smell”. Must mean your clothes and factory have a smell. This is the biggest scam in fitness apparel and nobody should buy from them!!!!”
“No quality check prior to fulfilling order. Needed to return leggings and they did not accept due to missing size tag. Tag was hanging by a string when I received it so I pulled off. They would not accept return if an unworn item. Maybe they should have a quality control process in place”

something went go wrong. afterwards they helped me well. received a gift card also for the product that didn't came along. I had to wait 1 more week for the products i have ordered. Still happy everything arrived.

“even though I have spent over 120£ on my order they have charged me 39 euros extra for delivery. but on the website, they said free shipping over 120£ purchase. It's ridiculous. I had to pay 39 euros extra to get my items. I will never buy something from Alphalete again.”

The short set was not matching colours even though same name, one was brown one was green you couldn’t even wear together.. very unflattering and poorly made. Then my leggings came with runs already on them and ink of my tank top. To much to hassle and money to return. Very unsatisfied.”

I ordered some sale items two weeks ago and received a notice that the fulfillment period will be lengthy. Still no tracking. Still no package. “Have to pay for shipping to buy and return- spent 80 on leggings, didn’t fit so changed leggings to cheaper pair (60 dollars) and still somehow lost 5 dollars between shipping costs to buy and return. The new leggings came and again didn’t like them. Have to return- but this legging came with a tag that had to be removed in order to try on (right on the hip bone) to then find out they don’t accept returns without tags. Out of 80 dollars.”
“Very poor customer service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to return an item and both times they’ve taken a long while to get back to me. I had to return 3 items, I did so over a month ago and I am still waiting to hear anything! I love their products but because of their customer service I won’t be shopping with them anymore. Also they’re shipments always take a while to get to you, which is understandable but I would expect a company that I have purchased a lot from to get back to me within a few days to a week… not take well over a month and still nothing …”

Both 6 shirt Medium size and 3 joggers medium size and they are not fitting me and looks like their Large is standard medium.
I asked them for large size as exchange and now there are not accepting.
I never wore them and now they are useless.”
“LITERALLY A SCAM!!! They canceled almost half my Black Friday order (2 months later) due to “inventory issues” yet I can see one of the hoodies I ordered in stock online. Same size. Same color. Oh but a 15% discount makes up for it right? No- I got the hoodie at 50% off. They refuse to honour the discount even though it's their screw up.”

“Ordered a large number of products in the Black Friday sale, still not received anything & despite numerous attempts no response from customer service either. It’s been MONTHS. Totally ripped of & given how many people are in the same situation I’m genuinely confused as to how this company hasn’t been done for theft/fraud. Constantly active on social media & launching new releases, shocking company, don’t buy, you’d be as well setting your cash on fire.”
