n het Engels (VK) Super bad experience. Have been trying to contact them for weeks about my order. Still no package delivered.... This is really hopeless money in the trash Don't do it, if it's good I would write it too but this is really a shame.

Horrible customer service. Never ordering from alphalete again. I’m better off sticking to lululemon and gymshark.

I’m kicking myself for not reading these reviews. I spent about $200 on their Black Friday sale and I still have not received my items. Not only are they ignoring my requests for customer service, they also ignore instagram DM’s, comments, and emails when I try to get a hold of them. I also had to pay extra money for “customs,” through DHL and it was so freaking frustrating. I can’t believe I dropped this much money on a company that sincerely does not give a s*** about their customers.

Shipping takes way too long and even when they admit to this they are still forcing new releases out despite the many complaints they receive. That is what is really frustrating. I’ve supported CG for a long time but he really needs to hire some better people for logistics.

Unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews before ordering.. Where to begin, I’ve supported Alphalete for years because I liked the fit, but as the company has grown it’s just gotten worse and worse. 1. It clearly says at the top of the sight that if something doesn’t fit, you can return it, but after completing my purchase there is a red notification that 9 of the items that I purchased can’t be returned. 2. I have a screenshot of the page that says “allow 7-10 business days to RECEIVE your order” but after you order it says allow 10-14 business days for your order to be shipped. 3. It’s been 19 days now since I ordered, and still no tracking number has been sent to my email. Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering online.

If there was zero stars I would have given that. Words probably won’t be able to describe my encounter with this company. Horrible experience as I followed the descriptions before ordering and tried a number of pieces from different lines - three of the six I ordered where too big and when I received my response email I was scolded and made to feel I’d done something horrible and should have known better. They said because it was a sale I could not return any of it! I only wanted to exchange for smaller sizes or a different line which is what every other company I buy gym clothes from has always allowed me and everyone else to do until I find my size allowing me to buy more. It was first time ordering so I didn’t know how each line would fit - again I followed the size descriptions but some where too big because they where from different lines as the sizing runs different for most gym clothing brands perhaps because made by a different manufacturer for each line. It looks like the sale this company was having was just meant to get rid of old inventory perhaps things that where not selling especially colors? and they won’t let you return or exchange on a sale. So hence not giving us a good sale….just using us the get rid of the old and be a sucker. These clothes are very expensive and from what I’ve read by other reviews not long lasting quality- the seams come apart. I will not speak well if asked by my fellow gym friends or for anyone asking which company to buy from. When word continues to get around perhaps they may stop this terrible treatment of their customers or may end up losing business. The reason we try on clothes is so we can get a different size or style and I should have been able to do so.

Horrible customer service, I bought a hoodie on sale quite a while back, it was never delivered to my house, tracking was never marked delivered. when I reached out to customer service, they just fought with me and told me that it had been delivered and there was nothing they would do. They wouldn’t refund my money or send me the hoodie I ordered to make it right. I could never find a way to leave a review, and I finally found this after remembering how awful it was trying to make everything right. This company is horrible. Do not let them steal from you like they did to me

Horrible customer service. They gave me a discount code that doesn't even work in Canada, it only works for US website. The 10% discount code they gave me was a result of their wavy amplify seamless leggings which the told me to try to see if it "washes away". Obviously it didn't work and as a result no refunds. Just gave me a 10% off code which never worked in Canada. I ordered these "wavy legging" from the canadian website and I emailed support from Canada. Why would they sent me a discount code which I cannot use in Canada? It doesn't make sense. I emailed them about the discount code not working and they went ahead, without informing me, that they used my code towards a 3 item purchase I made on their US site. I never even wanted to use my discount code on such a small order. I wanted to save it to use the code on my bigger order from their Black Friday sale. Customer service basically said once the discount code has been used, then it's non transferable. But I never even wanted to use my code. So basically they "stole it" so I couldn't even use it whenever I wanted to. They never informed me the code was valid only for the US website either. I told them their customer service was horrible and I had been a loyal customer for many years and they turn around and treat you like trash if you ever experience any issues. They also didn't care about what I said about their customer service. I will never buy from or support Alphalete again. If you have issues, then good luck. It will cause you alot of stress and headache. They don't care about their customers and just want your money. Returns are not for free either. Products are not cheap. Sizing is not always accurate and consistant. They never answer DM's on IG. If you submit a ticket for an issue, could take more than a week. I don't recommend buying from this company. I would give it only 1 star for cute style of products and okay for quality on certain items. Customer service is zero stars. Beware.

The worst customer service I have honestly ever experienced. Return policy is ridiculous because they deny things out of your control. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and no one has responded. I would NEVER recommend their product solely because of their customer service. I’m planning to contact my bank to let them know that I returned the items and have not received my money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They refuse to refund me for "damaged products" even though I just ordered the wrong size and never took it out of the package? Christian G. and the whole Alphalete entity is a scam

Delivery took exactly 2 months, to Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times are taking longer at the moment, but during this 2 month period I also ordered pants from Alo and Public Rec and they both took less than a week to arrive, and they were both shipped from the USA as well. Delivery is carried out by a courier company who will drop your package off at a parcel collection point if you are not home to collect your package when they try to drop it off, this courier company is not part of the national postal service, so it is not as easy as collecting the package from your local post office. My collection point was a few kilometres away but I live in the inner city, for others living in the suburbs the collection points would be longer distances. The only support provided by Alphalete is by email, of the few emails I have sent it takes 7-10 days for a response. So far my orders with Alphalete have not been positive, with my first order after 6 weeks I emailed them asking where my item was, they sent a message back saying they did not have the item anymore and they would refund me. I was refunded within a few days. With my second order the pants I received were completely different materials to those listed online when I purchased. I have a screenshot of the advertised materials from my purchase, and those written on the tag of the pants I received, I sent them the photos of this discrepancy but got no reply. I have done a lot of online shopping recently and the support from Alphalete is comparable to only that I have experienced from online marketplaces based in China. In saying all of this the pants from Alphalete are actually quite good quality, they are simple and comfortable. That's the main reason why I clicked on 3 stars above. They are not as high quality as the pants I received from the other companies I mentioned above, and don't have the same soft feel to them, but these other pants did cost more, about US$100 including postage each, compared to Alphalete US$70 including postage. In the future I would be willing to pay the extra 30 dollars as for that you get fast easy postage to your door guaranteed, good customer service with support who are there if something goes wrong or missing, and the pants are better quality as well ... you really get what you pay for.

Still waiting for my delivery. Been 2 months. There is zero customer service. They email back after 5 -6 days and are vague and condescending. The clothes are cute and up but thats about it. They tried to blame me saying maybe my address couldnt be verified or I wasnt home, LOL I've ordered from them before with the same address and there was no issue then (it still took an incredibly long time even then and where I live is relatively close to where they ship from so why it takes so long is beyond my comprehension) Save your money or buy from gymshark or literally anywhere else. Alphalete is a joke.

First time buying Alphalete. Tried on my Amplify leggings for the first time and they ripped instantly. Such a waste of money I didn’t even get to wear them. I’ve heard such good things so I’m super disappointed and worried that I won’t get my money back or a replacement.

Customer service is appalling. Have been trying to follow up on an order that could not be fulfilled for 2 months now. Still no refund or response. They literally rob your money then ghost you. The shipping time is also terrible. Very disappointing.

Just all around an awful company. Shipping takes weeks or even months. Imposisble to contact customer service as well. The discount codes also never seem to work and they’re just scamming people.

Quality is not like the old originals. Not worth what it costs. Back 3 years or so it was worth it. Not now. Too expensive. They opted for quantity over quality now. Like most brands after making it big. Sad.

Garbage customer service. Incredibly slow response time. Quality of products are off the charts, but 1 star for the truly horrible customer service that I have experienced more than one time.
