I contacted alphalete November 16th in regards to my brand new gym set fading in the wash when I had washed accordingly with the wash instructions. I sent the items back November 22nd. They were delivered November 25th and I am still being told they haven’t received them and haven’t given me my £100 refund!! It’s an absolute joke, I won’t be buying from them again
