I bought a leggings for my daughter. However it did not fit so we had to return it. The return process was already difficult as you have to contact support online and it took them a few days to get back to us. We sent the item back and I got an email saying that the return was cancelled because the item was damaged/unacceptable. What?! So if you buy from Alphalete, make sure that it is something that you want. My mistake, I did not google them before buying from them. Lesson learned.
