I love alphalete clothes so I’ve made 2 orders since the middle of November. My first package took 25 days to get delivered from the time is was shipped. (I live in the US). I contacted alphalete several times and I got no response back. Thank god UPS takes care of their customers because otherwise I still wouldn’t have my package. It wasn’t until 4-5 hrs after my order was delivered that I got an email back from alphalete saying the the issue was resolved and they have a notification that my package was delivered. For such a great company they have absolutely terrible customer service.
