“Fairly quick delivery (only because of currier),I do wish the product came in there own individual packaging, and came with product tests with serial numbers to match, but I’m just being picky I suppose, other then that quick and convenient 👍”

“I was impressed by the communication between myself and ALPHA PHARM when ordering the product. They were quick to respond when there was issues with the etransfer process. My only comment is that they should highly recommend that you purchase the BACTERIOSTATIC water from the company at the same time. It has been almost impossible for me to secure it from any local pharmacies (4 tried) as it is not a commonly used product.”

“Perfect service except one bad batch a year or two ago. You did not respond when I wrote an email about it. My other issue which I don't is your fault my shipment bypasses albert and go Toronto. For the second time now and arrives 4 days late. Not Ideal. Otherwise great products and perfect service and shipment over the last several years.”

“Good company like I said on the deca review only downside of this company is they get shut down WAY to often which is very inconvenient and not reliable. Doesn’t make much sense cuz other sites with gear in Canada stay up 24/7 so that’s the downside. Other than that no complaints”
