“No refund, Unprincipled business
No refund, no reason - if I could give no stars I would.
I have sympathy with their position and indeed the wider travel industry on how heavily they have been hit with this crisis, we want a refund to fund another holiday next year, their refusal to offer refunds is stopping my family booking a holiday and other holiday for next year.
Promised a refund end Jan ‘21 which will be 9 months after our cancelled holiday.
We are fortunate to go on 2 ski holidays a year and often with over 10 people - our refund we’re waiting on is over £12k no not insignificant!
I will never travel with these people again and will actively dissuade anyone booking with them going forward our Crystal ski trip was repaid in full end may.
Have issued a letter threatening legal action and will be taking them to court over this if I don’t hear back in 1 week from tomorrow.
They will pay costs, I’ll CCJ them and issue them with a winding up order.”
