I panicked
Customer service sorted out my issue and my funds are allocated and bitcoin bought
Customer services were v helpful
Most importantly, you can speak to a live person as opposed to a bot
Altcointrader needs to refine their banking/deposit system
Apart from problem yesterday their site is user friendly, much more than other sites
