“Had a unexpected delivery of a garden table which was not told about delivered, and the box it came in was covered in oil and the courier left it on my drive so it left a oil stain on my drive , hopefully this will not happen on the rest of the delivery?”
“I wanted a pond pump they had listed as 'in stock' sent 2 email questions (both ignored) so I phoned, got the answer I wanted and ordered it. Next day received phone call saying they were out of stock and the listing should have been removed ages ago. I asked for a refund which they said they would do then hung up on me. I received the refund next day. CS could be better.”
“Not really worth one star. Item I wanted, although advertised as 'in stock' was in fact advertised in error (so they say). Not what I would expect from a reputable garden centre. Lets see how long it takes them to issue a refund. I will review again when they cough up. I paid immediately but doubt if they will reciprocate.”
