This company is horrendous I returned an order fur £85 at a cost of £33 beginning October . I am still waiting fur my refund .?
Cannot talk to anyone and are now saying I have never made an order even though I have had several emails confirming g delivery of the swimwear and money debited my account . Never touch them they are a disgrace I am a pensioner
and cannot afford to lose all that money

Ordered on Sunday several items, and delivery promised by 19th (Tuesday) of all items. Received half items on Tuesday. Some items still not arrived, and delivery notification now says earliest arrival is the 27th potentially later.
Very poor. Asked for a return and full refund and refused, will have to look at going through my credit card company now.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience. Goods not yet received after almost 6 weeks have gone by. Zero coordination between Amara Living and courier company Aramex which seems to be fraudulent. They have bot generated WhatsApp to place delivery, and no matter how many times you schedule the delivery does not take place! They have my complete payment stuck and have the nerve to ask for charges for return which I never authorised!

Incorrect dimensions on the website meaning the product was much smaller than expected.
£3 delivery and had to pay £5 myself for returns so in all I’m £8 out of pocket.
Will not buy here again.
