Don’t waste your time on this awful site. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I used them. Order placed last month and have heard nothing since. I have emailed to query where my order is and have heard nothing back

Finally a person from the company rang me. Said she would check my order and ring me back in a couple of minutes. Never heard anything . This was a couple of weeks ago after a few weeks of trying to get a response.

Order marked complete but item missing. Company did not accept emails. Phoned and promised to be contacted but nothing yet

I ordered cufflinks after seeing them advertised on Amaroni via Etsy. I received an order confirmation but never received confirmation of dispatch or the cufflinks. Emailed their customer services and called the helpline numerous times. These people are fakes and crooks !!! No one has ever responded to my email or my phone messages

Thief's / Scam Website and Fraudulent Company I placed an order for a LSA Vase back on the 26th August 2018. When this didn't turn up I emailed the customer service team to find out what had happened. I waited until the 19th October to follow up in case the item was out of stock. I got my one and only reply that day from a Victoria Advani who promised to speak to the couriers and come back to me as I never received any tracking information. This was the last and only time I heard from the company. Still without my item I emailed them on the 31/10/18 then the 12/11/18, 27/11/18 and finally again this week all with no reply. I have put in calls that all go straight through to a VM. I am now going to pass this onto trading standards as this company has effectively stolen money from me. I would advise considerable caution before ordering anything from this group of companies unless your happy to potentially be left out of pocket. In summary what a bunch of crooks, hopefully this review will prevent them stealing money off other people in the future.

I ordered a cheese dish on 5th December for a Christmas present. The week before Christmas, I had not received it and phoned Amaroni. After leaving a message, I was contacted and told that the item was no longer available and that they would refund my account. I am still waiting. I have sent two emails and have been told that it has been passed on to Accounts. It appears to be very difficult to actually talk to anyone at Amaroni. I tried phoning this morning and had to leave a message. So far, I have had no response.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Still awaiting a refund since March....! 7 months later. Ridiculously unprofessional company, as for "Victoria" and "Vijay" I am starting to believe these are fictional characters not real business people.

Two words: Don't bother. This seems to be Amaroni's approach to customer service and I would therefore give the same advice to any would-be customers. Rude and uncooperative, be kind to yourself and go elsewhere.

Like the other comments on Amaroni, my experience is one of dissapointment, frustration and frankly misleading customer service. It's now 6 weeks on, I have no fire pit, no refund and no patience. They seek to mislead the customer with tales of goods being "on their way, or held up by the courier", or worse still, saying things are in stock when they plainly are not. I have given up, ordered one from somewhere else (which arrived in 3 days) and now await a refund, if and when they get around to it. Diabolocial from start to finish.
