“I purchased the Amazing.com's One Product Away Challenge back in January 2026. It was a 3-month training course with access to their Amazing Intelligence tool. At that time, I received an email notifying me about the charges and another one containing the payment receipt. After those 3 months, a subscription was automatically renewed without any email notification or any payment receipt. I found out about the renewal charges 2 weeks later when I received my credit card statement. I tried to contact them immediately but their phone number is just for show, it doesn't work at all. Then, I went on their website and contacted them through a form and received a reply on the same day saying they couldn't refund me for the non-notified charges because a period of 48 hours had passed. The only thing they could do was to cancel future charges. It has been about 20 days since I last accessed their courses or their tool. When I tried to access their dashboard yesterday, I confirmed that I no longer had access to it - even within the period related to what I was charged for. After complaining about the lack of renewal notification, their refusal to refund me, or the lack of access within the period I was charged for, I was granted access to one of their products, the Amazing Intelligence tool. So, in the 30-day period I was charged for, in reality I only have 10 actual days of access to the tool. I find their business practices shady and a rip-off. This will prevent me from buying anything else from them in the future. They gained $97.00 at my expense now, but they will lose thousands of dollars in the future. I wish I had read all the reviews about them before buying anything from them.”
