“ Although the return pickup service, Dragonfly, picked up the wrong parcel, which was from Bath and Body Works, not Amazon, they credited me for the amount of my Bath and Body Works which has gone missing. ”

I'm with prime I get my delivery the next day, I had a return once and customer service treated me so well, I did find with my floor product that it was overpriced at Amazon and it was cheaper at home Depot and Canadian Tire so you have to be careful of that sometimes do your research but then with my bath products Colgate optic which by the way is a wonderful product some clothing items I found Amazon to be great I'm confused by all the bad ratings ”

I had to reach out to a manufacturer for warranty, they sent me a replacement (wrong address) through amazon truck. I tried to contact them to update the address, no one can help me.
