“The customer service at amazon.fr doesn't even deserve a 0 rating. When they charged my card for the order additional fees were charged which I was not informed of in advance. After reporting this to customer service multiple times I have received no response or refund of the difference. So they deliberately extort customers for extra fees, hoping the customer won't notice, and then ignore the complaints. When making a purchase on amazon.fr you should take into account that your card may be charged for a higher amount than your order and you will never receive a refund of the overpayment or a response from support. The customer service staff of this website are ordinary scammers. This was my first and last purchase on amazon.fr.”
