“I sent in a deposit of $399.00, after doing some additional research I decided to go with another company. I never sent them my book, I only discussed the process with Maurice Gardner. I called him asking for my money back and he was very unprofessional the way he talked to me and said there will be NO refund. He went on to say a team has already been assigned. We don't give refunds. Be careful dealing with this company.”

“If there were a zero, I would give it a zero. DO NOT use this company--it is a scam. They promised the project would be done in a month, and it's now going on for four months. The book was supposed to be timely, but it's not anymore. After finally asking for my money back, they got the illustrations done and built a website and a Facebook page that I had no access to. Every time I spoke with them, they'd say we're on it, or they'd make it a priority--but they didn't. The edits were a few commas. The illustrations took forever, and the quality was not great; they had me purchase things I didn't need, consistently asked for more money, and I spent thousands of dollars now with nothing to show for it. I apparently bought a trademark and copyright but never saw the trademark. They also told me I needed to send it to the Library of Congress number (which you don't need). I only saw the copyright a few weeks ago when I demanded to see it. When I expressed my concerns every few weeks, they would tell me, 'Don't worry about it.' When I asked for my money back, I was told no--that they had put in the work. They actually worked for the illustrations and the 'editing', which absorbed the original price. I did not ask for that money back. I asked for all the other money I paid for the marketing and trademark I didn't need and the web hosting (which I didn't have access to). I wish I canceled with them sooner. I used a pen name, and my name was on the copyright in the book. They are clueless. The quality is terrible, and I asked for my money back, too, but they said no. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Such a shame.”

“If this company is the same as Oct 2022 which at that time was Amazon Pro Publications, I cannot find it anywhere on Google. It has taken 2 1/2 years to get 17 pages out of 32 promised. And now I keep getting a promise of a phone call appt, but it's back and forth for over a month now without a scheduled phone appt. The first 2 emails I was given at the beginning come back as undeliverable. Someone please let me know if this is the same company with a slight name change.”

“Is there no consumer protection in the US? How is this company (it has changed its name twice since I have had the misfortune of being swindled) allowed to continue. They promise everything, pretend they are part of Amazon, take your money and deliver absolutely nothing. It is a scam and needs whatever authority exists in California to shut it down.”

“It is a scam! The biggest scam there is. My lawyer has contacted them asking for a refund. I have paid $1,500 for editing three books, beside changing a comma, they have no clue. The designer team is so slow. I am still waiting for them to change my back cover as everything was written in upper case (very violent, angry tone). Six months ago, I paid $1500 for an audiobook... nothing happened with that. I paid close to $7,000 for a marketing campaign promising 10,000 subscribers on a Facebook page they were supposed to create, plus additional posts per week. And pay-per-click ads. Nothing happened. My lawyer is requesting a refund. Lucky for them, I did not ask for a full refund, but I should have. Even with a lawyer's letter, I still have not heard from them. Scam! Stay away!!!”

“Scam!!!! Rest of the reviews are lies. Leon and Thomas dont exist. I have emails and 3 months of proof. Amazon DOESNT CHARGE. They are using the Amazon name. They screwed me out of over $1100 Cdn. I have files fraud disputes with Amazon and Visa.”
