“First of all, 16 of the 17 reviews earlier posted for this company had to have been written by this company itself. There is no way they are legit. I started dealing with this company on Nov !, 2023. My credit card was charged for $ 885 and paid not to Amazon Publications but to a company called TECHTURE INC. (Hmm) in
California. I initially dealt with " Ben ". It was not a good experience. Then " Abby " took over. Getting back to me would take many days or weeks. It went on forever. She had a huge problem getting the details right for Kindle to accept as if she had never done this before. She even asked me for my social security number. Why? She then locked up all of my Amazon accounts (I have three) in Japanese. It was not easy to get them back. I ended up with " Ryan " who finally got my book finished for publication on 7-16-24 (8 1/2 months later) when it should have taken 3 weeks.
THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! DO NOT USE THEM !”
“This company is a TOTAL scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I was sold two services but decided to cancel them because they smelled suspicious and customer service threatened to hold my manuscript hostage unless I work with them. Finally, the compliance officer, Shaun Morgan promised to refund me entirely, almost $1,000. It has been more than 2 months and I have yet to see any refund. I've been emailing him but he stopped responding. Here's his promised words:
"Both refunds have been completed from our end, however we have raised the ticket to the merchant to provide with the transaction ID’s as per proof so
it can also help you in attaining it, it is very odd that both transactions are not reflecting to you. I will chase this actively so we can sort it out asap since we show the amount deducted from our account."”
