The 17 or so reviews are fake, but am happy with who I bank with who returned my funds and launched an investigation to find out that this company is a fraudulent company. “Someone stole my book and put it on Amazon without permission. I did the photography and most of the layout. I asked for help with the writing part and ended up doing the work myself.
When I got close to publishing the book, I learned that they didn't do the job I liked. The layout was landscape and portrait. So, there was not a good layout. The contract is also a lie. I got four different people to work with, and I was often ghosted most of the time. This started on July/23. Days before anyone talked to me. Only one kept me informed. But that was too late for me,
The book was out on December/23. Now it is March/24.
I also have to say what upset me the most was seeing my book on Amazon with a different writer's name. Sean Cawley didn't write the book. They denied they didn't do this, as they are the only ones who have a book. The book is called Exploring Nova Scotia Lighthouses With Bandit."
I found this out because a friend of mine saw it online. And show me the page. I am troubled with this; I told them there is a leak in the team, and I feel they should look into it. They denied everything.
I am so disappointed 😥 I now don't trust anyone.

“There were so many things that went wrong starting with the editing process and let's not talk about the formatting. That was a disaster. When I asked for my money back they said it was to late. Even though the contract says, "100% Money back guarantee (in case the work delivered is not as per Client's guidelines and requirements). But The line line above says,"Refunds & cancellations are subject to terms and conditions approved and published on our website." I'm not even done. They tried to turn my 453 page manuscript into a 732 page paperback. Once formatted all of my paragraphs had no spaces between the lines and most of my subtitles were no longer italic. They put line spaces everywhere. My subtitles then became one word sentences. That was the second try at formatting. They do not edit for content or plot. Also, they kept blaming me for the many errors. Very poor service and no refund due to the contract that you sign being misleading.”
