“Ordered heart balloons for a project at work, the picture was completely different to what I received they came and they were the size of my hand you could not even blow them up because they would burst in your face so not fit for purpose I sent a message to them and they just said sorry no offer of refund and they had the cheek to ask me to do another review after already doing one I have not heard from the seller since”

“I am a prime member, so anything I buy is delivered next day by courteous drivers. I love being able to download books to my Amazon kindle immediately, whenever or wherever I want and Amazon tv is just brilliant. Don’t know what I did before Amazon came along. I was even to send stuff to my sister when she lived in Seattle (also next day). Can’t fault the service or the range I’d products available.”

“It was my first time using Amazon I bought things that were hard to find here in Cyprus.. I paid for expedited shipping, to be sure everything came before Christmas. All my products came before the estimated arrival date. I chatted with Amazon on a few occasions worrying over silly things, every time they reassured me and helped put my mind at ease. Its been a good experience and look forward to shopping again soon.”

“Always prompt delivery. First class service and when on the odd occasion that they have got it wrong ie wrong item delivered fast replacement or refund.”
