“This is a scam site. They only want to accept payment through Zelle. If you're on the phone or live chat and question the payment process, or the fact that their listed address doesn't exactly exist, they hang up on you. BEWARE!”

“Well kinda of an odd deal. They seem to have Remington Accutip 20 gauge slugs in stock but you have to buy in bulk of 500 rounds for $230 which pencils out to the scam rate of about 56 cents each where everywhere else they are more like $4 each! Then I called the number listed in Colorado and some guy with a really thick accent answers and telling me they do have them and you have to buy the full 500 rounds. Then when you click on the "visit website" it comes up that they are in Massillon Ohio. Then when you click the "about us" tab it says they are based in Florida, the info is written in very clear English and sounds legit. So either they are running a very well put together scam OR someone has hacked them and scamming everyone! When I look up the address provided in Colorado it comes up as a U Haul Dealership!! The web address I am seeing ammunitionstoreonline.com is what some of the reviews below are saying is a legit site. I smell a rat somewhere!”

“Discountammostore.com is a BS scam...anyone who says they got their products are lying. You pay the money and they disappear and don't send a tracking number. Wish I could give 0 stars.....lying pieces of sh%$&*t. FU%$#K YOU! Oh and no way to recover your scammed $'s. My email is listed if anyone has the balls to respond.”

“I made a purchase of some 5.7x28 rounds and once I placed the order I got contacted right away about payment. I was thinking they are fast or somethings wrong. So I proceeded to pay asking for a tracking #. They said in a couple days. In a couple days after I was emailing the. I got a tracking #. 1 week after that I got a email from a "so called" shipper saying if I want my package I will have to pay shipping charges. I tried contacting discount ammo and they never return my calls or my emails. Complete SCAM!!!!! DONT FALL FOR IT. KARMA will get them. Due time....”

“They were quick to take my money & offered NO confirmation nor subsequent information following. And if you hadn't figured out yet, NO ammunition arrived either. Looking into their reviews there are those who sang them praise, while several others who experienced a similar fate. So I believe this calls into question the legitimacy of any positive ratings they have received. Bottom line, don't waste your time with these folks.”

“Took 2 weeks to fulfill my order only after I called customer service twice didn't get no pick up so I called as if I was placing a new order picked up instantly I explained why my order wasn't fulfilled in 2 weeks the next day they filled it it's been shipped now my package has been in Connecticut for 20 hours it moved from tolland,Connecticut to Willington Connecticut which is literally the next town over why is my package moving around locally when it should be on freight Crossing States”

“Wish I could do 0 stars. Ordered almost 1500 in ammo red flag when they wanted only zelle or PayPal friends only. Ordered Friday they said it shipped Monday but no tracking number. Thursday I ask for tracking number and they said their person was out that took the payment and to resend it through a different email address through PayPal. And the other would be refunded. Hell no I called PayPal and received a refund even though it was friends and family. The number even though is a fla number when u call. Someone from a personal California number calls back having no idea whats is going on says it happens alot”

“Five stars? Really? I doubt that. The fact that they do their shipping with FedEx let's you know they really could care less whether you get your product or not. FedEx drivers are basically contract workers, not career employees. I've had more problems with FedEx deliveries than any other, and their customer service must be overseas, it's just horrible.”

“I put a order in 10/01 never got it. Fedex supposed to drop it off on 10/10/2020. Never received it been going back and forward with ammunition about the matter they will not straight out it and they took 1.137.41 from me and will not give me back no money and no supplies. NEVER I MEAN NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.”

“I ordered 5 boxes of Federal 5.56 ammo and they sent 5 boxes of Wolf brand 5.56 ammo. I called and was told I would have to take a photo of the ammo I got before they could do anything. I sent photos of the ammo and they said I could return the Wolf ammo and they would send the ammo I ordered. The only problem was that the Federal ammo was no longer in stock. After a few emails I gave up and settled for a refund of $5. Dealing with these people was a joke.”

“I ordered six boxes of ammo and five boxes came in and then open packed that was then taped shut. Have been trying to get a hold of them and they refused to call me back. Shop somewhere else for customer service is a joke and don't expect your full order”

“I placed 2 separate orders weeks ago. FedEx currently shows both packages depart Grove City OH, then show "In Transit" thereafter for a few weeks. It has been a circus trying to get FedEx to trace the package and respond. On my 3rd call now with FedEx, escalating for resolution. Before ordering I pulled up some reviews online and initially they were positive so I placed the orders. Now however I pulled up the reviews again and scrolled down further and found these reviews and more on Yelp. Sure wish I had seen them first! Almost every one of them is very negative. I hate dishonest organizations and people taking advantage of others! I will continue to escalate with BBB, charge back on credit card, and spread the news about ammunition store as a shady organization that needs to be prosecuted and shut down!!!”
