“Ordered 3 boxes of 9mm on July 12. It is now August 12 and not ammo. Will not answer phone and email response is non existent. If it was in stock like they say, why can't an order be shipped within one month. Be careful using this site.”

“I ordered 9 mm ammo on July 18, and no response yet after calls and emails. No idea if I will receive any ammo or not. I will never use this site again.”

“They don't communicate other than a note on their website that CV has caused delays up to 20 days. I am at 21 days and not even an email update.”

“Placed order 25 March and told would sip in 2 days, 2 days later told would ship in 7 days, week later told would ship in 2-3weeks. Do not answer the phone, do not respond to e-mails. They took the $250 from my credit card on 25 March. I've since placed orders with 2 other suppliers, both shipped within 5 days. Looks like The Ammunition Store is using the COVID19 situation as an excuse to fleece the public. I've filed a fraud claim with my credit card company, maybe The Ammunition Store will respond to them”

“Same thing I ordered alot of ammo on the 23rd of March and it is April 7th stick in awaiting fulfilment no refund no package it no one answers phones or email FRAUD”

“YOU MUST READ THIS!!! Ammunition Store.Com is as far as my experience is a great Co. BUT MEGA Ammunition Store is a DIFFERENT BUSINESS, and I believe people are getting confused. I have NOT done business with Mega Ammunition because they are suspect to me. As in them telling me to pay them using Zelle with my personal bank account going into a persons private account that is not linked with the Co.. Again, AMMUNITION STORE.COM is totally legit, BUT BEWARE of MEGA AMMUNITION STORE.”

“Took 2 weeks to fulfill my order only after I called customer service twice didn't get no pick up so I called as if I was placing a new order picked up instantly I explained why my order wasn't fulfilled in 2 weeks the next day they filled it it's been shipped now my package has been in Connecticut for 20 hours it moved from tolland,Connecticut to Willington Connecticut which is literally the next town over why is my package moving around locally when it should be on freight Crossing States”

“Can't take all these negative reviews seriously. Bunch of cancel culture rejects that don't know how to be patient, especially in times like these. Mine said SHOULD take 7-8 business days to ship, after 12 I emailed asking for a status. Got a response within an hour (response was kind of rude but, whatever) They said it should ship the following week, and it did. When it shipped I got it in 3 days. Got exactly what I ordered (500 rounds of brass Wolf .223, package in great condition) So during Covid I got what no one else had in stock in about 3 weeks, not bad at all. I will be buying from them again”

“I have ordered literally THOUSANDS of rounds of .308 and have had zero issues.They have the best prices and great stock.I actually ordered a couple of 50 round drums this last order as they were also cheaper than anywhere else. If you cannot understand processing taking a bit longer than usual, a few days usually, look other places and see if they even have it and what the prices are.If just myself has ordered as much as I have, with all their other orders, I can't imagine how busy they are, not like they're lifting feathers either, 1k rounds of. 308 weighs like 60 pounds, so be patient they're doing a great job.”

“I placed an online order for 6 boxes of 7.62x39 ammunition on 20 March 2020. When it finally arrived, there were only 5 boxes, three in very poor condition and a bunch of shredded cardboard filling the space where the sixth should have been packaged. No reaction to emails or website messages. Yeah, I know you’re busy. Not to busy to take my money, send me what was left after filling orders for bulk customers and shortchanging me on the order to boot. Other businesses also said they were busy but they maintained good communications, shipped quickly and with the purchased amount. Guess your business needs a new crew that’s not so stressed, lazy and dishonest.”

“Placed order, charged account but never received product. Called and it automatically hangs up on you. Send emails and never got a response. Buyer beware! They may have been I. Business years ago, currently they seems to just take you money for the Oder and you don’t get anything. Have had several others make purchases but never got anything.”

“Ammuntionstore.com IS A REAL business Only takes CCs and Gives you a FULL Real address and phone number : 346 11th St SE Massillon Ohio 44646 877 338 2666 Ammuntionstoreonline.com Only takes 3rd party payments no CCs/ Bank CARDS (Address only town state zip and Google phone that only rings) Burlington, Colorado 80807 if you can't google the address its a scam) Any website that does not take CCs is a scam Because 3rd party payment companies will not refund. That is way scam sights take these payment.”
