“Purchased a 6 month old 2024 KTM 250EXCF with just over 20 hours on it. Trusted the Sales guy James when he advised over the phone the bikes condition was "AS NEW, with only 20 odd hours". The bike arrived with scratched plastics, scratched wheels, scratched engine covers, after market parts fitted, it was dirty, no proof of any form of servicing, none of the road going parts and looked 4 years old. Emailed AMS and was advised, you saw the photos on Whattsapp now its your problem, tried to speak to a sales manager and was told on the phone "I'm not telling you who that is and was told to do my own research on the internet and try and find his name and contact details ? Very bad service, no after sales care, would avoid buying anything from them ever again, avoid and save yourself the hassle, I wish I had.”
