“Order Not Delivered – Poor Communication
I placed an order worth €84 and was told it would be shipped the next day. I paid using a gift card and got email replies up to that point.
Since then, there has been no update, no tracking link, and no delivery. I’ve sent four emails, but received no response.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. Still waiting.”
