“Bad experience - I ordered 2 Grundfos pumps and some valves on 28 October 2024 at 1400. The cost was more than £500. I paid for next day delivery (£18!) and received an email confirming that my pumps would be delivered next day.
They were not. I mailed customer services twice on 29 October 2024 to ask where they were and received no response.
I phoned on 30 October 2024 and spoke to someone called Gemma who told me 'there was nothing that could be done about it'. I was put through to Warren, who said he owns the company, who blamed their delivery provider.
Appalling service, I will never use this company again and would strongly recommend that you do not either.
Reading the large number of negative reviews on Google, it is clear that many other people have had similarly negative experiences.”
