“We have been ordering with Ancient Wisdom for nearly 10 years, and after a few years away decided to bring back AW to my new business. The service however was shocking, I cannot believe how rude, agressive and horrible customer service was. I had some issues with an order both on DropShip and Wholesale, instead of finding a way but order cancelled and still waiting for a refund. I now have unhappy customers on my side. I don't know what's happening behind the doors - but I can feel the negative vibes. They use to be so nice and helpful. I am no longer using them and would advise to stay away.”

“The black “harmony” bath salt immediately sticks to and stains both the bath and the body, do not buy! - having to scrub a bath with bleach is not a relaxing aromatherapy experience!!”

Hello, Thank you for your message and for bringing this to our attention and I’m sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with our bath salt products. Bath salt residue can sometimes stay in the bath and cling to the surface as the water drains away. It can be very difficult to clean a bathtub thoroughly enough to ensure that no residue is left behind after use. Our bath salts also contain essential oils, which can leave an oily ring if too much product is used, but they should not cause staining. However, if the bath is not rinsed properly, or if there is already some residue build-up, this can create a film on the surface. Please also bear in mind that if other products have been used in the bath beforehand, bath salt residue can cling to these, even if the bath looks clean to the naked eye. As with any food colouring, there is also a possibility of colour transferring to any residue that may have been left on the bath before or after use. From our experience, citrus-based cleaning products should help to remove any remaining residue. If you have any further questions, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help. Kind regards, Katka
