“I've had the pleasure of being with Ancient Wisdom for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say that their Customer Service has been second to none. Dispatch times are within a fair timeframe and come with fully trackable courier services. Communication has been outstanding too, even during some of the busier times of the year. The products on offer have been of good quality and my own customers have been very happy. I work with a few wholesalers and Ancient Wisdom provides the best service by far. Thank you Ancient Wisdom for your exceptional service. Keep up the great work! - Tracy Bowden - White Cottage Stores”

“I frequently shop with Ancient Wisdom and am consistently impressed by their wide range of well-made products, available in various colors, aromas, and sizes. Delivery is always prompt, with items securely packaged in sturdy boxes and plenty of padding to protect delicate goods. Their customer service is excellent, resolving queries efficiently and professionally. Overall, I have nothing but positive experiences with the company. I use both their wholesale services and dropshipping platform, and I find both to be exceptional.”

“One of the tea pots was smashed to bits, but the rest of the delivery was fine. I find it’s not worth sending one item back for a refund as the postage would cost as much as the breakage.”
