“I chose Ancient Wisdom as my first supplier as I liked what I read about their ethical approach to sourcing their products. My first order was straight forward. I start my market stall this week. Hopefully that means I shall be replenishing my stock in the near future. Thanks Anita”

“I love your range and quality of products and I am impressed at the lengths you go to source the unusual. My customers comment favourably on the range I stock. Your emails are always well read and keep me well informed of new products. The only problem I find is that when I place an order I find that many products are out of stock which is very frustrating, especially if I am re-ordering a product which my customers have requested. I realise that many of your products from abroad will be difficult to re-order, but I have recently ordered the bath bombs which I found most of them out of stock. I am not sure if I am unlucky each time I order or if this is being experienced by other customers.”

“When I got my order without the lemongrass I nearly had a heart attack... Guess which scent I needed most. I read your note , I had a cuppa and all was well with the world. Thanks for taking the time to write the note and looking after me. I have since received the lemongrass. I appreciate your customer service. Thanks Deirdre Harrington Dee4Candles”

“I love the crystal hearts, however very disappointed with the packaging boxes. When I purchased these a few years ago the packaging boxes were a lovely dark blue and far more presentable to give this particular item as a gift.”

“Really happy with the swift delivery and all products were present and intact. However, I was a bit disappointed that 2 of the 3 Erotic Massage Candles I ordered came in ORANGE Love Heart shaped pots instead of the RED pots as shown on the website?? Also, one of the Teak bowls had the brown wrapping paper it was sent in stuck to the surface of thr bowl which I had to spend some time carefully trying to t get off without marking the wood. My first order so mixed feelings at the moment. ....”
