“Normally excellent, however this time I was told that my items were dispatched on 15th of April....we are now 9 days on and no delivery. The tracking numbers for the delivery company do not work after multiple goes...AW doesn't answer the phone. You have always been reliable, what's going on?”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologise for the delay in your delivery. Due to the recent bank holiday closure and some unexpected issues with dispatch from our warehouse, your order was unfortunately delayed. As we discussed during our telephone conversation yesterday, I have refunded your shipping charge as a gesture of goodwill. Your order was dispatched, and I hope it has safely reached you today. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are committed to ensuring your future experiences with us remain as excellent as you’ve come to expect. Warm regards, The Ancient Wisdom Wholesale Team.

“Customer service is exceptional, the quality of goods is excellent, ordering is super easy and delivery is great. Prices are fair and the low minimum order is handy if you want a small amount of stock until you figure out what sells! Huge range of products to choose from. All in all a top supplier in holistic and spiritual products.”
