Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am so sorry to hear that you have encountered these issues with some of our products. Our bath bombs are very popular sellers and we have not received any recent feedback of this nature so we're keen to find out what went wrong here and ensure this does not happen again. If you could please email us some photos of the products to care@ancientwisdom.biz along with the the item code(s) in question and the order reference number(s) they were purchased, we can then discuss this with our production team to investigate and get this resolved as quickly as possible for you! Kindest regards, Daniella
