“Hey there! I've been with Andersen for just six months, but I've already had the chance to work on some really cool projects! The biggest challenge was that the customer's requirements changed quickly, which made the development process more difficult. “As a junior at Andersen, I was thrilled by the lightning-fast speed at which my career progressed! I had so many amazing opportunities to learn, grow, and develop my skills. My colleagues and superiors were incredibly supportive, and I felt encouraged to take on new challenges. During this period, I gained invaluable experience and developed a rock-solid foundation for my career. However, climbing the corporate ladder and taking on more responsibilities made the revision processes increasingly demanding and stressful! The constant back-and-forth with clients and the need to perfect every project took a toll on my mental health and work-life balance. “I am here to share my experience at Andersen's Cologne office. This office is well-designed with panoramic windows that allow natural light to flood in, creating a pleasant working environment. The kitchen and play area are cozy and perfect for taking breaks. However, the lack of partitions between desks can be uncomfortable as it feels like everyone is peering over your shoulder. The benches typically last 2-3 weeks, which is an acceptable standard. To prepare for new interviews, conduct research and practice common interview questions. Overall, this company is a decent place to work.”

“I have over 10 years of experience in software development, 8 of which I spent remotely. That is why I decided to go working in the office and did not regret about it. It is always clean and comfortable in the office, good and friendly atmosphere. A huge minus for me is that the office is located far from me, as I live far from the center and it takes me about an hour or more to get there. But this is still much better than the remote work, which has bored me for so many years.”

“Andersen is a worthy start-up company. They taught me everything quickly enough and gave the first project. The project was internal, since the level of my English was not high enough. But the company has free language training courses, so I was ready for serious projects after six months practising. While everything suits me in the company, I think to stay.”
