“From walking in the door for the first time (it won't be the last), the admin team were so friendly and welcoming, I even got offered a coffee while I waited for my MOT, was shown the wifi password when I took my out, without asking. These ladies clearly enjoy their job, I noticed a clear 'team' atmosphere from all I came across during this visit. The admin lady patiently went through the 'advisories' listed with me and answered my query with clear knowledge and experience. I will no longer dread going to a 'new' garage or feeling silly by not understanding as I will not be going anywhere else. Five stars ladies. Lorna”
