“My experience was wonderful with Angel Jackets. The jacket I ordered was shipped and received more quickly than I had anticipated. The product was wrapped very carefully and shipped in a protective package. Unfortunately, it was a little snug on my man even though it was his usual size.
I was worried about the return process but the customer service team made it super easy! I followed their instructions, printed the label and took it to the post office to ship back. Once I sent them the shipping confirmation they shipped the larger jacket the next day. That way we didn't have to wait so long for the new jacket to arrive. It came quickly and was a perfect fit! The quality is amazing and I couldn't be happier with the jacket!!

“This company does not refund your money if you return the so called ANGEL JACKET. They took a month and a half to even acknowledge that they had even received the jacket.
I tried the jacket on and since the quality was subpar I put it back in the box that day. Tags were still on it. They have set their system
up so that you can not call them directly. You have to email support, and then it’s up to them whether they want to return the call or not. Since it wasn’t an exchange, they have refused to send my hard earned money back to me. You’re out of luck if you pay them with a credit card bc they don’t have accountability since you can’t dispute a charge using a credit card. Unlike paying with a debit card where you can dispute the charges. Your bank can usually get your money back for you. This is a hard lesson learned. I will not be using a credit card to purchase online because you may run into a disreputable company such as Angel Jackets who is greedy and not interested in being honest and reputable. Ironic that they have used the word “angel “ in their name cause they’re anything but. This site is the only one where I found honest to goodness reviews. So buyer beware of this company!!! They are crooked and are shysters.”

“Hello Angel Jackets - this is the second time I've ordered a jacket from you guys and the second time I'm super happy and impressed. A few months ago I ordered a light leather jacket and it not only fits perfectly, but it looks great and is exactly what I needed. Last week my old, heavy leather jacket tore (there was an old rip and it, well, happened to get a lot bigger!) so I needed a new one. Took a look at your site and found the Cafe Racer so ordered that. Six days later, despite traveling all the way from Pakistan, I received the jacket! Once again - you guys nailed it! Jacket fits perfectly, looks great, is very soft, and is really warm. I couldn't be happier!

“I am very unhappy with Angels Jacket. I have been trying to return two jacket that are poorly done and won't fit. But despite having a return portal, I have been unable to return the jacket.
I received an email telling me a customer service person would be in touch with me to help me with my query and nothing.
I tried the portal 3 time s and always the same story.
I emailed, no answer, I called only a voicemail. And still no one to talk to and return my jackets. I start to believe this is a fraudulous shop.”
“Please do not buy from this company, it's a scam! Ordered 2 jackets based on their using their size guide. The jackets are too big. I requested a refund in accordance with their refund policy, they suggested an exchange, keeping items that do not fit properly or they would refund as requested. I requested a refund for one and an exchange for the other. Now they are ignoring all my correspondence, they will not provide details of how and where to return and I am stuck with 2 jackets that are useless to me! I have reported them to Trading Standards and have started the process of legal action against them as they are not abiding by their own policy. I do not recommend this company to anyone, it is a scam and I will now hear from my legal representative in accordance with English Law.

“Received my parcel real quick ordered on the 5th August arrived on the 11th August expected delivery was meant to be the 16th. DHL express I resided in Perth. First reaction try it on. Second I had 3 favorite jackets I liked the only I finally purchased was the Hawera Café Racer with Hood size 2XL for women. I am of a size 16 this is a fitted size so if you like comfort go 3XL may not be much difference me personally I like comfort wish I had chosen 3XL. I am 1.65 height in cm the arms are a bit short but if you like putting on a long sleeve top jumper shirt underneath and create a laying effect on the sleeves kudo's to you. The quality is EXCELLECENT maybe need to wear a lot to break in the leather and then I will probably have a comfort jacket otherwise best choice I have made. I am definitely going to order again”
