“Angel jackets was so upset at the fact that I gave them a negative comment they said they would send me a jacket and make things right after about a week or more of waiting. I realize they have no intentions of doing that. What an absolutely terrible bunch of people to deal with, it makes it hard for anybody to want to shop online when you’re dealing with a despicable company like Angel jackets !”

Product came totally different quality then presented on photos - I work in a marketing as visual content designer (videos, 3d, photography) so know the difference well.
On top, I have 2 months issues to get back full refund. Constant discussion and multiple email, including promises to send back full refund if I withdraw my review! That’s how they have mostly positive feedback. All bad ones are taken back as a way to get back your money! So be careful, their practices are really bad
On top product was delivered from a 3rd world country and it took few weeks. Se all know the quality of those products…”
“Poor quality quite badly made ..paid 269$ for a maroon wool coat ( very poor judgement to order this product ) its not even worth 100 $ extremely poorly made and not even maroon. Badly stiched red coat is what I got. .not something i would be wearing..i writing this especially..someone wont ..have to go through this.could have got a very nice quality coat in oz in many shops for that prce.only thing good is packaged nicelyand delivered within a short time.”

I do not believe their products are genuine. The quality is poor, jackets have visible glue and the supposed leather peels to reveal a white backing. “These leather jackets are not good quality. It arrived in a plastic bag from Pakistan. After reading reviews I decided not to return it as I suspected I would not get any money back . I instead accepted a 30% discount, time will tell if I’m reimbursed.

“This company does not refund your money if you return the so called ANGEL JACKET. They took a month and a half to even acknowledge that they had even received the jacket.
I tried the jacket on and since the quality was subpar I put it back in the box that day. Tags were still on it. They have set their system
up so that you can not call them directly. You have to email support, and then it’s up to them whether they want to return the call or not. Since it wasn’t an exchange, they have refused to send my hard earned money back to me. You’re out of luck if you pay them with a credit card bc they don’t have accountability since you can’t dispute a charge using a credit card. Unlike paying with a debit card where you can dispute the charges. Your bank can usually get your money back for you. This is a hard lesson learned. I will not be using a credit card to purchase online because you may run into a disreputable company such as Angel Jackets who is greedy and not interested in being honest and reputable. Ironic that they have used the word “angel “ in their name cause they’re anything but. This site is the only one where I found honest to goodness reviews. So buyer beware of this company!!! They are crooked and are shysters.”
“I am very unhappy with Angels Jacket. I have been trying to return two jacket that are poorly done and won't fit. But despite having a return portal, I have been unable to return the jacket.
I received an email telling me a customer service person would be in touch with me to help me with my query and nothing.
I tried the portal 3 time s and always the same story.
I emailed, no answer, I called only a voicemail. And still no one to talk to and return my jackets. I start to believe this is a fraudulous shop.”
“Please do not buy from this company, it's a scam! Ordered 2 jackets based on their using their size guide. The jackets are too big. I requested a refund in accordance with their refund policy, they suggested an exchange, keeping items that do not fit properly or they would refund as requested. I requested a refund for one and an exchange for the other. Now they are ignoring all my correspondence, they will not provide details of how and where to return and I am stuck with 2 jackets that are useless to me! I have reported them to Trading Standards and have started the process of legal action against them as they are not abiding by their own policy. I do not recommend this company to anyone, it is a scam and I will now hear from my legal representative in accordance with English Law.

I purchased a leather trench coat from here and received it with rips at the bottom of the coat, the buttons very poorly sewn on, the hardware is the cheapest thinnest "metal" the belt can easily wrap around the body two times it's ridiculously long and cheap. The "calf skin leather" is a joke. This is the cheapest looking and feeling jacket and for the price is ridiculous. The reviews are not real reviews, they only have 5 stars everywhere and there's no way a store has that and with the quality of this I don't believe it whatsoever. To return an item it has to be in pristine shape as well and guess what, YOU CAN'T, because it came already ripped in four places!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE BECAUSE IT'S A RIP OFF!”
