“I never experienced such poor service in my life. I paid for the Day 2, 5, 8 Covid tests. It is the end of day 4 and not only I have not received them, but they also haven't responded to a single email. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone after spending more than an hour on hold for the 6th time, they told me they ordered a new replacement kit and added a next-day delivery. I didn't receive that one either. How can a company do so badly.”
“The company is a scam. DO not buy any covid tests from them, specially if you need them to be able to return to the UK. They wont deliver the tests, they wont provide the necessary bar codes for registration and they wont answer your calls. They take the money and disappear. Worst part is that they are listed in the government's page as a reliable provider.an”
“Very bad service. I purchased a Travel Test Package with Anglia DNA on the 2nd of April, it arrived on the 7th, returned back in the same day, but still waiting for the test results , bear in mind that today date is 11th of April. If I was infected the whole family would have been infected too”
