“ Awful experience Had a quote and gave a deposit. Contract was not was agreed so I cancelled within 24 hours. Promised a refund. Have now been chasing for six weeks by phone and email and still no refund. Call Centres say it's been actioned and do not know when I will be paid. No response to emails. Would not recommend. ”

“ They prey on an 85 year single male taking nearly 1000 pound deposit before any work is carried out then when you cancel in the cooling off period they still try and hold onto your money, I'm still waiting for a refund and have had to escalate our situations. Stay away from these cowboys ”
