“Web site not easy to get to the offers codes. Products are lovely designs. Towels hopefully will be more soft when they have had there first wash. Very expensive but designs are so funky who could resist.”

“I found what I was looking for, but was misled by the picture of a bowl and thought I was buying a serving bowl, but it turned out to be a cereal bowl size. On your photos of the products, it would be really helpful to provide a close up shot, as you have done, plus a second picture which puts the item in context - as you have with some items. Alternatively, give an indication in the title e.g. call it a cereal/pudding bowl. I checked the size of the plates, but didn’t think to do the same with the bowl as it looked just like a single big serving bowl on the photo. I was disappointed when it arrived, but not worth the postage to send it back. Interestingly, your latest set of bowls in the sale (kissing squirrels) are being sold in sets of 4 rather than singly, which gives a clue to their size, although less helpful if someone wants a different number. Otherwise, your website is nicely produced and the products look good. It’s the first time I’ve bought from you.”
