“Love the changing bag that I bought. Very stylish and lots of handy compartments. Only downside is the straps don't seem to be strong enough to attach the bag to the pram? I am possibly doing it wrong but am having to carry the bag all of the time and would prefer to have been able to attach to the pram.”

“Lovely product and good customer service. However colour representation not accurate - 'mustard' is more of an 'olive'. Also price was further reduced just two days after we received the delivery but a request for a goodwill credit note was turned down. Disappointing.”

“I love Anorak's products, but I wish their delivery charges were cheaper. £5 to deliver a thin, lightweight wash bag is a bit steep in my opinion.”

“Bought the towel for a gift, it was expensive for a towel but the print was exactly what I needed. Would’ve preferred a bigger towel that was softer for the price but I knew I was paying for the print.”

“Cool designs. Arrived quickly. Having used the duvet covers and washed them once, I would say the quality is good. Love the ladybirds (blue) and also the badgers (yellow). Badgers has a greenish tinge to the yellow, more so than I expected. It is fine in our room however.”

“We bought the Anorak Bee Stripe Picnic Rucksack and the service was fantastic - easy ordering, good communications and speedy delivery. The only reason we've given 4 stars not 5, is because two of the plastic wine glasses broke on first usage (may be user error of course!). We have replaced these with sturdier beakers. The rest of the set is fantastic though and was the envy of our friends at a recent picnic!”

“Love the ladybirds and the material feels fabulous. However, I haven’t given 5*s because two of the buttons came off the duvet cover on the first wash so obviously had not been sewn on properly.”

“The towels are beautiful, I ordered 3 large towels and 3 hand towels, the ducks in particular are amazing, the only problem I had is I got a bee hand towel instead of an orca one so one of my sets don’t match can this be swooped it’s still in the packaging etc”

“Everything was great, from the order process, to the delivery to the lady I spoke to who corrected the error I made in my order with great customer service. The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 was because I was slightly disappointed in the product. I ordered a bumble bee changing bag, which I’m in love with but the changing mat was torn at the seam. It seemed such a petty thing to return for but I was disappointed it hadn’t been checked prior to sending.”

“I made my order and payment was made. This was accepted and I was informed that I would receive an e-mail informing me of when my delivery would be expected to arrive. It came very quickly but unfortunately I never received one but luckily my neighbour accepted my parcel. I am pleased with my purchases.”

“Having previously purchased the large toiletry bag and being very pleased, I purchased another for myself as mine was getting mucky inside. I also bought the badger one for my husband (thought it was more manly). Plenty of admiring looks when he goes to the shower block on campsite.....the bag not the husband!!”
