“Great web site- easy to use - had a query so phoned and a lovely member of staff answered my query in a nice friendly manner! Delivery arrived and the products are so nice especially The Orca Towel Set - love it!”

“I have always been a fan of Anorak as the quality and delivery standards are high. I just wish they did more reusable water bottles and coffee flasks, and lunch containers for kids and adults. Maybe as a Collaboration with an eco or wildlife charity.”

“Bought a sleepping bag and a picnic rucksack, which arrived quickly. The sleeping bag is lovely - really good quality. The rucksack was faulty and Anorak replaced it quickly and easily. Excellent customer service.”

Hi Aimee, thank you for your message and positive review. Please rest assured that the specification of our towels has not changed and the weight remains the same as it always has been. They do get thicker after washing, so a new towel will always feel thinner than one you have just purchased. Hope this helps.

“Absolutely love the picnic bag but customer service was diabolical. Our order went missing and we ended up calling Anorak 2 days running to be told they'd email the warehouse but no one even bothered to call us back. In the end we gave up and called couriers who wouldn't speak to us because Anorak are there customer. The parcel finally turned up but after the 4 business days advertised are Anorak has the cheek to charge for. Anorak haven't even offered to refund the delivery charge as a sign of goodwill and apology for their bad service. So although I love the products until customer service is improved so they respect their customers then I won't be placing any more orders.”
