“Left my car here for timing belt change on the 22nd November. When I picked up my car I seen it was damaged by them, they keep insisting they didn’t do it and were really rude. I’m so annoyed I didn’t have a dash cam. Stay well clear from this place horrible people.”
“Had an issue with my rear light which every place I went to said I needed a new rear light as the seal was damaged and water was leaking in. Ordered a brand new light and got it fitted by them which they didn’t even do properly. It was installed incorrectly which led to in 4 days water leaking inside the new light. As you can see in the picture it’s not even in properly compared to the other side it’s an original light as well. Went back to them to have them sort it out and they are charging me £50 just to have a look at it which is ridiculous as this is their fault from installing it incorrectly. Guy on the call as well was rude and ended the call while I was asking questions about the situation. Best just avoid this place as they’re rude and unprofessional. If they can’t even fit a light properly imagine trusting them with more important parts of your car I could never imagine.”
“Avoid! the owner Richard is really rude and has no clue what his doing there. Had to get another mechanic to school him on how to get the job done. Then also has the nerve to apologies months down the line saying he wasn’t in a good place and now wants to have another go trying to fix a problem I already had to pay twice for him to attempt fixing the issues only to end up cause more damage to the car.
Seriously avoid this place”
“Bunch of amateur mechanics! Avoid these guys, don’t let the family and Friends positive reviews fool you. I realised what a big mistake I made taking my car to them until I started using a different garage. Looks like they have screwed over several other customers in the past and I’m sure there are many more.

Not sure why they are part of the good garage scheme when they have no knowledge in mechanical skills especially the owner him sled Richard Oldham.”
“Dodgy mechanics! I’ve had to take my car back on several occasions after they attempted to fix a timing chain problem (chain still made a rattle noise and Freddy the mechanic said it’s normal for it to make a little bit of noise..) only to have found out from another mechanic that they did half the job (fitted half a kit) Ended up having to pay for the same job again within a year for the full kit. Additionally they were very quick to scrap the replacement parts even though I had asked them to keep them aside... Basically one of those mechanics that tells you something’s wrong with the part when nothing is. So there’s a good chance your going to pay for something that doesn’t need fixing.
I’ve been taking my car back to the garage for almost a year (Couldn’t even get my name right on any of the paperwork even though they had a copy of my driving licence) and having spent almost £1500 purely because THEY did the work and THEY have a duty of care to ensure it’s done properly however after I took it back to make them aware of the chain noise Richard (apparently the manager) said you don’t have to bring the car back to us. Richard doesn’t seam to understand that if you don’t do the job properly then yes customers will come back..
If you would like your petrol car to sound like a diesel truck at a reasonable price then by all means ANSA motors is your answer.
On top you will end up paying for tings that don’t need fixing. That’s their speciality in this trade.”
