How do you get a payment back from this company? What is the procedure? I informed them that I wanted to close the account and get my money back and they keep wanting me to open my computer for them so they can walk me through it. I don’t want to do that. I have already filled out the form and received a withdrawal request submission and an order number. It seems simple enough, but I keep getting calls telling me that they need to go into the account through my computer and walk me through getting it back.
