“Shortly after receiving my camera, it stopped working on the third job. I took it to. When I contacted the company made me work on the camera myself. One by one they kept sending me parts for the camera and the camera still didn’t work properly. They finally received it back at their facility, indicating that the camera needed to be destroyed. This was a brand new camera, it was only used twice failed to work on the third attempt, they sent me an email indicating that they would refund me $500 for the $1500 cam system. I purchased through them that only worked twice then they will turn around and sell the camera after they fixed it making a profit. These people are scam Artists do not buy any product from them , this company has been in business for 10 years and has repeatedly abused its customers. I do not know of another company that advertises that their clients will be 100% satisfied with their product when that is a lie.”
